What shapes a Centurion service visit
Most of Centurion’s newer suburbs are security estates. In Midstream, Amberfield, Heuweloord and Monavoni the home owners’ association decides when contractors may work and how much noise is allowed, and the gate needs our details before the day. A generator service has to fit inside those rules, including the test run at the end, which is the loudest part of the visit.
The older side of Centurion is simpler to reach. Lyttelton Manor, Clubview and Doringkloof are mostly freestanding houses with the canopy next to the garage, so access comes down to someone being home or leaving the side gate unlocked. Can you service a generator in Midstream, Amberfield or Heuweloord inside the estate’s contractor hours?
Yes. Tell us the HOA’s permitted hours and any quiet periods when you book, and the service and its test run are scheduled inside them. We also need the gate procedure in advance, because some estates register contractors by name while others issue a code to the owner.
Is this page about Generac “Centurion” generators?

Yes. An office-park plan is drawn up after we assess the set, its load and how the building is used. Visits can fall outside business hours, the changeover is checked as a controlled test, and a transfer that puts the whole building on the generator is agreed with the landlord or building manager first.

Around the working day. The owner picks a time when the machines can stand, we service the set and then run it with the workshop load connected, because a generator that idles happily can still struggle once motors start drawing current.
Do you service generators on Raslouw and N14 smallholdings?
Yes. Those plots usually ask one set to run a house, a borehole and outbuildings, so after the service we switch them on together and watch how the generator copes as the pump starts. Give us directions and gate details with the booking.
