Bison
Bison petrol generators used as portable sets and home backup are repaired on site. Starting, fuel and no-power faults are diagnosed separately.

Bison petrol generators are portable frames and smaller home backup sets. The useful questions are simple. Does it turn? Does it fire? Does it make power once it fires?
ProService Generator Repairs answers those on site. Carburettor work, starter work and voltage work are not bundled into one guess.
Bison repairs for a no-start stay with fuel, spark and the starter. Repairs for no power stay with the breaker, the wiring and the AVR. Preventative servicing is the visit that happens before either failure.
A Bison service is oil, the plug and a look at fuel that may have been standing since the last outage. Home backup sets are started and allowed to settle. A fault found during that start is quoted as a repair.
Bison petrol faults grouped by what the set is actually doing.
Recoil or battery starter.
Fuel, plug or oil switch.
Output side, not the carburettor.
Speed, AVR or the load.
Bison no-start work uses that same split. A set that does not turn is a starting-system job. A set that turns and coughs is a fuel and ignition job, including low-oil shutdown.
Bison fuel and carburettor problems are stale petrol and blocked jets on sets that wait in a garage. The tap and lines are included. Replacement is discussed if the unit is damaged.
Starting-system problems are a recoil that will not engage and, on sets that have it, an electric starter with a weak battery. The visit does not add a battery diagnosis to a recoil-only frame.
No-power and voltage faults are the third question: the engine is running and the output is wrong. Low voltage and no voltage are recorded separately. The AVR is tested with speed steady.
Frames moved out when needed.
House sets between outages.
Pull-start faults.
Battery circuit only if present.
Bison preventative maintenance answers the three questions while the power is still on: it turns, it fires, it makes power. Oil and fuel condition are the items that keep those answers yes.
Turn, fire, and power are not mixed.
Stored sets are a normal booking.
Electric start is not assumed.

A time is agreed from the diary. A same-day slot is offered only when one is open, and it is confirmed on the call.

The technician inspects the generator on site and identifies the likely fault or the service that is due.
