Onsite generator repairs, servicing & maintenance across Gauteng
Olympian diesel
Olympian sets are booked as complete standby generators: engine, alternator and controller together. Older canopies are still in service around Gauteng and are taken on without a model-year cutoff.

Commercial buildings and retail sites are typical. The size is read on site.
Cooling complaints on canopy sets are often dust on the radiator and doors that cannot close properly after a previous repair. Maintenance puts those checks on a schedule.
Supported Olympian diesel generator sets are worked on across the capacities that match the machine on site, from the applications described above through to larger sets where the plate and the installation allow it. Engine, alternator, controller, kVA, phase, duty, hours and service history decide the work. A maximum kVA is not stated.
Starting problems are batteries that have sulphate on standby, and fuel that has sat. Both are checked. Neither is assumed.
Fuel-system faults follow the engine fitted in that Olympian canopy. The engine brand is recorded because it changes the parts.
Controller alarms and missing output are diagnosed separately. A set that starts and makes no power is not a fuel job.
Checked on the set. The finding decides the repair.
Battery, cables, starter or a controller that is holding the start off.
Fuel filters, air, a solenoid or injection delivery — proved in that order.
Breaker, AVR and alternator after the diesel is stable.
Temperature, oil pressure or a controller trip. The alarm is read before a reset.
ProService Generator Repairs is not described as an authorised Olympian centre.
Parts are discussed after the fault is known.
Sets that sit and sets that run are not serviced as if they were the same job.
The visit is arranged from the location and the plate, not from a guessed suburb list.
Olympian diesel visits are arranged across the major Gauteng areas.

Fast, clean Olympian generator servicing.
Yes. Olympian standby and commercial canopy sets are repaired as complete machines: engine, alternator and controller. Older canopies still in service are taken on without a model-year cutoff.
An Olympian set may not start because the standby battery has failed or because fuel has sat in the tank. Both are checked. Neither is assumed from the brand alone.
Yes. Service includes oil, filters, the battery and a look at canopy doors and radiator dust. Doors that no longer close properly change cooling on the next long run.
Yes. Fuel parts follow the engine fitted in that canopy. The engine brand is recorded on the visit because it changes the diagnosis. The Olympian canopy does not make every set the same engine.
Yes. Alarms are photographed. A set that starts and produces no power is not given a fuel repair. Output is a breaker and AVR check.
Yes. Canopy sets often shut down on temperature because the radiator is blocked or airflow through the enclosure is poor. Coolant level is checked, and so is the radiator face.
CAT and Caterpillar standby sets: starting, fuel, cooling and planned maintenance.
FG Wilson and Wilson standby sets: engine, controller, battery and ATS.
Perkins-powered sets: filters, lift pumps, injectors and no-start diagnosis.
SDMO and Kohler-SDMO standby systems: controllers, ATS and fuel.
